On Tuesday night, Duck Dynasty star Uncle Si Robertson posted a “priceless” photo from his recent family hunting trip.
The Robertsons are most well-known for their popular reality TV series that aired on A&E for 11 seasons. Anyone who watched the series knows that the family members are avid hunters. In fact, before they were famous, they were known for their hunting products instead of being television stars.
Willie Robertson is the CEO of the family’s Duck Commander hunting business out of West Monroe, Louisiana. The company is known for its famous duck calls and other hunting products. But the Robertsons aren’t solely just duck hunters. No, they love deer hunting and much more when it comes to being outdoorsmen.
That love of the great outdoors and hunting was on full display in Willie’s uncle’s most recent social media post. The trio’s deer hunting expedition came with staggering results for fan-favorite Uncle Si and a couple of his extended family members.
Duck Commander employee Jay Stone is married into the Robertson family. He’s married to Phil and Kay Robertson‘s oldest granddaughter, Anna. Stone decided to take his young daughter out deer hunting and everyone’s favorite Duck Dynasty uncle tagged along. As you can see, both Jay and his daughter each bagged a huge buck during their hunt. The fellas share all the details on the newest episode of Uncle Si’s podcast “Duck Call Room,” which you can watch here.
“A girl, a dad, and an uncle hunting together is priceless. You just can’t put a price on the fun we had,” the Duck Dynasty star wrote on Instagram.
‘Duck Dynasty’ Star Tries Unsuccessfully To ‘Travel in Disguise’
During the previous edition of his “Duck Call Room” podcast, the guys didn’t talk much about hunting. But they did share a funny anecdote about Uncle Si who is always up to something as his fans know well.
During Episode 77, the crew recalled Si Robertson’s terrible disguise he wore while at the airport recently. Robertson likes to fly incognito when he travels by plane. But there are some major issues with his “disguise.”
As Uncle Si admits himself, his “icy stare” and eyebrows ruin it every time. The trademark beard and signature cup of iced tea doesn’t exactly do him any favors either. Robertson shared a pic of himself attempting to go incognito at the airport. He’s fully covered, but let’s be honest, everyone knows that’s Uncle Si behind all that camouflage and his mask.
“I try to travel in disguise, but that icy stare and those eyebrows give me away every time,” Si Robertson joked.
“Want to know why they called me Psycho Si way back before the Duck Dynasty days? Watch this episode, boys!” he added.
