Freeform has officially released its “25 Days of Christmas” movie lineup, and fans are not happy with the choices. Several people are wondering why their favorite holiday classics didn’t make the cut.

The programming event first started in 1996 and has gone through various incarnations since then. The network will begin playing Christmas films, starting Dec. 1. The Santa Clause trilogy, both How The Grinch Stole Christmas films, and two Home Alone films are among other Christmas films the network will play.

Fans Are Angry with the Freeform Lineup

But several fans are angry their favorite movies weren’t included. They took to both Twitter and Instagram to voice their displeasure. On fan on Instagram wrote, “So many good ones are missing. Polar Express. Elf. Christmas with the Kranks. Christmas Vacation. What the heck?!”

Several fans appeared disappointed the Will Ferrell classic wasn’t included in the lineup.

Likewise, fans of Polar Express will have to find their fix elsewhere. One Instagram user wrote, “POLAR EXPRESS???? AT LEAST ON CHRISTMAS EVE?”

Meanwhile, several fans questioned the number of movies within the lineup. One Instagram user wrote, “Why the same movies over and over? for the love of god can we MIX IT UP”
