The “Austin Powers” star recently posted numerous bikini pictures on her Instagram where she is looking toned on a beach. While most would see natural age on their bodies, Graham has nothing to be ashamed of looking more like a young 30 to 40 year old than 50. 

In one of her more recent pictures, she is seen smiling alongside a male friend wearing a tan triangle bikini with the caption of a palm tree emoji “🌴”.

A few posts before that she is posing alongside a rock shore sporting an army green triangle bikini and sunglasses while soft smiling. She captioned the photo “Grateful to get a chance to zen out on a beach after this crazy year. Hope everyone is safe and healthy.💕” Her picture got an impressive 32.3 thousand likes with 813 comments so far.

Graham’s Instagram “imheathergraham” has more than 319 thousand followers with her bio simply saying “Actress, filmmaker and big nerd”.

Many adoring fans commented on the posts complimenting the actresses great shape. One fan wrote commenting “no way you are 50” and “I swear you don’t age at all and you look amazing as always!” While another commented “You are still so Gorgeous 😍😍😍”. Some even commented that Graham was their inspiration. 

The Trick?

She says her biggest secret to her fit figure is sleep. She says, “I love sleeping. When I tell people how much I sleep sometimes, they are horrified. I basically sleep between nine and 12 hours a night.”

Along with plenty of hours of sleep she also credits her healthy diet. She tries to stay away from food like flour and sugar. “I do eat sugar sometimes, but as a broad rule, I try to just eat no sugar basically, and I have to say I feel a lot better,” she admitted. “And I will sometimes eat things with white flour, but I try to avoid white flour.” 

Finally, the star likes to mix up her workout routines between spin classes, yoga, and pilates, but also says that she loves to go out dancing.
