While this week marks the one-year anniversary of beloved “Jeopardy!” host Alex Trebek‘s death, another former guest host is receiving major backlash from game show legend, James Holzhauer.

In the latest scathing criticism, Holzhauer condemned both Aaron Rodgers and another guest host’s belief in “pseudoscience” in an overtly sarcastic post. Check it out.

As the newest “Jeopardy!” episode nears, fans look forward to the reappearance of all-time “Jeopardy!” champ Ken Jennings in hosting the next several upcoming rounds. At the same time, as is clear above, former guest host Aaron Rodgers is not trending positively among his latest announcement regarding COVID-19.

Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers recently tested positive for COVID-19. While we can’t expect the virus to completely disappear with the advent of the pharmaceutical industry’s vaccines, “Jeopardy!” fans previously believed the football player received his vaccination based on an earlier statement.

In August, Rodgers previously told reporters he’d been “immunized.” z

Rodgers revealed during an interview Friday he had utilized an “alternative treatment.”

PopCulture revealed the football player took ivermectin. Additionally, he shared he had received monoclonal antibodies. Of the recent revelation, Rodgers simply said, “I wanted it to go away.” However, following the onslaught of criticism, it feels as though his decisions could possibly have the exact opposite effect.

‘Jeopardy!’ Fans Blast Aaron Rodgers

Alongside “Jeopardy!” legend James Holzhauer, fans of the game show are not treading lightly in light of the Aaron Rodgers recent revelation.

While the game show champion critiqued the football player’s use of “pseudoscience, “”Jeopardy!” fans felt simply infuriated the former guest host. The onslaught of criticisms came once the public learned Rodgers tested positive for COVID-19. Now fans are attacking the football player across Twitter and none of them appear sympathetic toward Rodger’s situation.

One fan wrote, “Well, at least now [I] know why he was passed over as the ‘Jeopardy!’ host.”

Another fan expressed exasperation at the quarterback’s deception following the revelation of what his “immunization” actually encompassed. “I can’t believe Aaron Rodgers hosted a game show and lied about being vaccinated!” the Tweet began. “He put all of the contestants in Jeopardy.”

According to Fox News, Rodgers had previously stated he’s a huge “Jeopardy!” nerd and “would love to be the host” at some point.
