“Jeopardy!” GOAT Ken Jennings has some hilarious advice to go along with a photo of himself that was used in a promotional post for an upcoming episode of the primetime quiz show, “The Chase.”

Ken Jennings has been a staple on the show since it premiered on ABC last year. And, from the looks of things, the “Jeopardy!” champion takes his role on the hit quiz show very seriously!

On Saturday afternoon, the popular quiz show posted a photo of our favorite “Jeopardy!” contestant looking quite serious as he competed in a recent round of “The Chase.”

“If you want to win big, you’ll have to go through him,” the post said.

It’s certainly a fierce look for the game-show regular. While it works on the tweet, “Jeopardy!” fans will likely agree with Jennings that the intensity of it all is a little different from the Jennings persona most of us are used to.

“Jeopardy!” GOAT Responds To Intimidating Pic

In fact, Ken Jennings decided to give the popular primetime question and answer game show a shout-out by retweeting the promo. However, he couldn’t resist adding a bit of his own “Jennings’ humor to the photo.

“On your first day in prison, find the biggest guy there and ask him to name all the state capitals,” the “Jeopardy!” champion joked on his post.

It’s a look not often seen by “Jeopardy!” fans. Jennings sits with a very serious, and almost quizzical look on his face as he battles for the lead spot during a recent taping of “The Chase.” Jennings’s hands are placed together in a triangle as he continues to move on the board, competing for the top spot against the game-show contestant. This sort of “intimidating” look is certainly one not often seen on the jovial quiz show master.

“The Chase” Gives Contestants Quite a Run

The popular ABC primetime quiz show pits game show contestants against quiz-show “geniuses” such as “Jeopardy!” all-time champion Ken Jennings. During the show, the contestant and the quiz show alum – who is also known as the “chaser” – battle for the lead position on the board in a series of mini-games.

During this event, the contestant tries to answer as many questions as they can in just one minute. Whatever cash is won during this event goes into the contestant’s fund towards the game-winning total. It is up to the contestant to stay ahead of the “chaser,” as they compete. Otherwise, they lose all the winnings in the round. The contestants who successfully complete the individual chases can go on to the “Final Chase,” where they answer questions as a team for the final prize.
