Singer Jessie James Decker is looking more like 22 than 32-years-old in one of her recent Instagram posts.
The mother of three shows off her fit figure in an Instagram bikini picture she posted on Tuesday. Decker has 3.2 million adoring followers, and many were in awe of the post.
Decker is sporting a teal bikini with playful cut-outs on the sides of each hip, as well as a small triangle cut out between her breasts. She accessorizes the suit with only a small necklace.
Decker is looking like a bronze goddess, posed in front of a white wall and toned from head to toe.
Her caption is a lengthy one that talks about her hostility towards the gym and working out.
“✨Gonna be honest… I hate working out. I dread it,” Decker admits. “I’m one of those girls that watches the clock and counts down to the last second when I can be done. I wish I enjoyed it. I wish I was a big workout junkie but the truth is I just don’t!”
She goes on to talk about how she attains such a great body.
“With that being said…/ I do know that in order to achieve The strong body that I want to have and maintain I MUST put the hard work into it. Everyone asks me all the time what kind of work out I do and what I eat. As far as work outs I’ll be real, I hate running so I don’t do much of that. I do enjoy lifting weights and quick circuit training. I love the stairmaster, I love nice long walks (lunges are key, I do 100 at a time). I work out a few times a week and usually no more than 40 minutes time. “
Just Feed Me
She says the biggest factor isn’t about her workout routine, but about what she eats. The star is also the author of her new book, Just Feed Me: Simply Delicious Recipes from My Heart to Your Plate. She proceeds to promote the book, as well as her fashion line, Kittenish, in the post.
