John Wayne: Here’s How to Spend the Fourth of July With the Duke

The Fourth of July is a time to celebrate our nation. And what’s more American than cowboy John Wayne? Yes, barbecues and firework shows are important but no Independence Day is complete without the Duke. Luckily, all you dedicated Duke fans can celebrate with him via the John Wayne: An American Experience museum. The 10,000 square foot exhibit offers fans the chance to tour the life of John Wayne. Each room in the exhibit focuses on a different stage of the Duke’s life beginning with his early childhood all the way through the final days of his career.

This year, the exhibit will be open on July 4th from 9am to 6pm. So, saddle up, pilgrim and get ready for a Duke filled Fourth of July! The exhibit shared all the info you need via Instagram. Along with a photo of the museum decorated with red, white, and blue balloons, they wrote, “Spend the 4th of July in the Stockyards! John Wayne: An American Experience will be open on the 4th from 9am – 6pm. Tickets are at the link in our Instagram Bio!”
