Kane Brown To Perform Nationwide Drive-In Theater Concert: Details

Kane Brown is bringing his music to drive-in theaters across the country. The country star announced he will be holding a virtual concert at 200 drive-ins in the United States and 20 in Canada.

Brown plans perform with his full-band. Encore Drive-In will film the concert in advance. The event will also include an interview with Brown, as well as other behind-the scenes footage, according to the press release.

Brown also shared the news about the concert on Twitter. Fans know the singer for songs like “What Ifs” and his recent single “Cool Again,” which he collaborated with Nelly on. Brown recently told ET Canada he wishes to work with singer Shania Twain on a song.

The Kane Brown concert will be held on September 26.

To replicate the feel of an actual concert, the event will be held for one night only on Sept. 26. Tickets will go on sale through Ticketmaster on Sept. 10 at noon local time. The vendor will sell tickets for $56 per vehicle, but general admission jumps to $76 after Sept. 18. Theaters will allow up to six people per vehicle.

“We are so humbled by fans’ response to Encore Drive-In Nights following the recent success of our Metallica and Blake Shelton events,” Walter Kinzie, chief executive of Encore Live, said in a statement. So far, the company held a virtual Black Shelton concert in July and Metallica concert at the end of August.”We are excited that Kane Brown, who is such a great artist, has joined our initiative. Our team has been working incredibly hard to provide people with fun and safe enjoyment this year and so far we’ve entertained more than 750,000 fans all over North America.”

According to the company, the event will follow proper social distancing protocols and guidelines as detailed by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The event will also have contactless payment and ticketing systems.
