Happy birthday to “Last Man Standing” actor Molly Ephraim, who played Mandy on the series which just finished its nine-season run.
Ephraim turned 35 years old on Saturday. She was born on May 22, 1986, in Philadelphia. Now fans of “Last Man Standing” may remember her from the show’s original run on ABC. It aired between 2011-17 on the network before being canceled.
When Fox decided to give the Tim Allen-starring series new life in 2018, she decided not to return to the Mandy role. Molly McCook took over and played Mandy through the series finale. Mandy loves fashion and didn’t mind showing off her favorite styles when possible.
Yet it is Ephraim’s birthday, so why don’t we take a look back at some of her best moments playing Mandy.
Mandy Talks Glamping In ‘Last Man Standing’ Mandyland Vlog
Our first look back at Ephraim as Mandy involves her talking about camping. Well, not necessarily camping as people know it but what is termed “glamping.”
Mandy talks about the different ways a person can make a camping trip feel more like home. These ideas are prime “Last Man Standing” material, at least from Mandy’s perspective.
She offers numerous examples in this two-plus-minute section from the “Mandyland” vlog done back in 2014.
Ah, the hilarity ensues as she goes on and on about the pleaures of “glamping.” Take a look and see if you can come up with some ideas on how to make camping feel a little more, um, homey.
‘The Inglorious Baxters’ Make Revenge Breakup Video Toward Mandy’s Boyfriend
One way to get back at a boyfriend breaking up with you is by doing a clever video.
Well, that’s just what Mandy does here. She joins up with her two sisters in 2011 to form “The Inglorious Baxters” and make a video called “Pie Rack.”
Mandy, played by Ephraim, is joined by Kristin, played by Alexandra Krosny, and Eve, played by Kaitlyn Dever.
This video is one for the “Last Man Standing” archives. It dates back to the show’s first season and shows off some stellar musical talents.
Want to put together a revenge breakup video yourself? Well, just watch what Mandy does and maybe take a few notes.
Ephraim went on from “Last Man Standing” to do other television shows. She’s currently in a recurring role on HBO’s “Perry Mason,” which is based on the long-running CBS show starring Raymond Burr and Barbara Hale.
Molly Ephraim has a lot of time left to do more than what she’s already accomplished. Here’s wishing Molly a very happy birthday.
