Since his return to “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit” this season, Christopher Meloni has been breaking the internet.
Not necessarily for his acting talents, although those are admired as well, but for something much more surface-level. His butt. The internet cannot get enough of Christopher Meloni’s backside. And now, Meloni is giving the people what they want: a naked photoshoot.
The “Law & Order: Organized Crime” star recently stripped naked for the cover of Men’s Health magazine. The photo highlights his ripped arms, broad shoulders and toned abs. However, his nether region is covered up with just a weight.
Not only did he pose for the cover, but Meloni also graced several pages of the magazine with his toned body and hilarious poses. The next photo in the series features Meloni, who’s in his 60s, lounging in a lawn chair at an outdoor gym wearing only a speedo. In the next photo, Christopher Meloni showed off his flexible side when he posed while doing the splits. One more photo showed Meloni casually sipping a soft drink while pulling a vintage car down a street. Between his nonchalant badassery, humor, and bulky biceps, we get why Ameican wants him to be its “zaddy.” Unfortunately, none of the photos prominently feature his plump backside.
How Does Christopher Meloni Feel About America’s Love for His Backside?
We don’t know exactly how or when it started. But we all know how the internet works, one photo surfaces and soon Christopher Meloni’s butt is trending. However, it seems that the trend can be traced back to when Meloni reprised his role of Elliot Stable during this past season of “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.” The appearance was short-lived, he only appeared in two episodes. However, his appearances paved the way for the spin-off series, “Law & Order: Organized Crime.” Since then, American hasn’t been able to get enough of Christopher Meloni. One fan even jokingly renamed the show, “Law and Ardor: Special Thicctims Unit.”
So, how does Meloni feel about his newfound fame? Well, first, he was quick to correct interviewers that it’s his butt’s newfound fame, not his.
“It’s cool as sh*t,’ said Meloni. “The aspect of age comes into play as far as the cover of [this magazine] and how I feel about it. A friend of mine said, ‘Did you ever think in a million years you’d be on the cover of Men’s Health?’ I said, ‘Certainly not at age 60.'”
However, Meloni added that he’s embracing the attention.
“‘When something weird and out of the norm happens, I don’t panic. I always sit with it and go, All right, let’s experience what’s happening because getting tenser is not going to help the situation.”
