While enjoying some much-needed time off from his acting, producing, and other business schedules, Mark Wahlberg was spotted on the green with one of his daughters.

“My caddie,” Mark Wahlberg declared in the post. He also had an adorable heart and smile emoji.

Mark Wahlberg previously to Men’s Health declared that he was actually done with golf for a bit. While chatting with the magazine in 2020, Wahlberg stated, “I’ve given up golf. I realize that it’s too much – between family and work [just] trying to squeeze golf in. It’s a very expensive sport and habit. But I’ll be back.”

Mark Wahlberg previously paired up with Tiger Woods in 2018 on the pro am circuit. He also revealed to the media outlet more details about his golfing routine.

“I would tee off at 6 in the morning and run the golf course. We’d hit a drive and then just spring to the ball. And then the [caddies] would come with the cast. We’d grab a club, hit again, and then sprint again.”

Mark Wahlberg Talks Eating 11,000 Calories a Day For His ‘Stu’ Role

During his appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Mark Wahlberg discussed how he ate 11,000 calories a day for the role in his upcoming film Stu. He stated the process to gain weight for the role was fun for about an hour.

“Unfortunately, I had to consume, for two weeks 7,000 calories,” Mark Wahlberg declared. “And then for another two weeks, 11,000 calories. It’s such a hard, physical thing to do.”

Mark Wahlberg also pointed out that gaining weight is a bit more difficult than losing it. “Losing weight, you just kind of tough it out. You just don’t eat, and exercise.”

The actor then revealed that even when he was full, he would still wake up after a meal and have another meal. “I was eating every three hours. It was not fun.”

Mark Wahlberg went on to note that once the metabolism starts to slow down, it gets really difficult to lose weight for roles. “I was trying to get this movie made for six years. We only had 30 days to shoot it. And so I wanted to really make it happen. And [I] was also crazy to have financed a lot of it myself.”

Wahlberg went on to add that he knew he was on a “ticking clock” on his own dime. “You get things done pretty quickly when that’s the case.”

Although the plot is “under wraps” according to IMDb, Stu stars Wahlberg along with Mel Gibson, Jacki Weaver, Teresa Ruiz, Annet Mahendru, and Winter Ave Zoli.
