CBS’ long-time hit series NCIS has officially gone into production for its 19th season. Fans are able to check out some clues in the castmates’ new photos on social media. As previously reported, July 15th marked the official first day of filming for the crime-drama show.

Wilmer Valderrama, who has played Nick Torres on NCIS since 2016, shared a snapshot on his Instagram page that shows a decal of his character’s name. “S19, Special Agents… mount up.”

Brian Dietzen, who has been on NCIS since 2003 as Jimmy Palmer, also took to his Instagram account with a snap on the show’s set. “These are going on my face now. Well hello, Jimmy. Let’s do this.”

Writer and producer of NCIS Christopher Waild then added his “clue” with the pic on his Twitter account that features weeds and a lake. “In the weeds on Day Four… #NCIS #setlife.”

Mark Harmon’s Wife Pam Dawber Talks Last Season’s ‘NCIS’ Debut

Pam Dawber, the wife of NCIS lead Mark Harmon, shared details about her debut on the show last spring with Entertainment Weekly. “The show has been on for a hundred years, and they have come at me a few times,” Pam jokes.

Pam made her first appearance on NCIS’ 18th season episode, Gut Punch. She was in a total of four episodes last season. Dawber admits she just didn’t have any interest in being on NCIS when she was previously asked. “I just haven’t been interested in chasing the business. At this age, that’s what you do. You’d have to really want it. I just don’t want to put myself out anymore.”

While also chatting about her NCIS character’s involvement with Gibb, Pam explains, “I talked to the writers and producers before I signed on and said, ‘If this is a romantic interest, I’m not interested.’” She says the producers said it wasn’t a romantic situation and thats’ not where they’re going with her character.

Pam also says that used to watch NCIS all the time, but just hasn’t caught up with the show. But she is definitely refusing to see any of the DVDs the production team has sent of her appearance on the show. “I’m not gonna get hung up on how old I look or how much I hate my hair.”

NCIS is officially set to return for its 19th season on September 20th. The show will air at 9 pm/8 pm CT while its new spin-off NCIS: Hawai’i will premiere the same night at 10 pm/9 pm CT. Starring alongside Mark Harmon, Brian Dietzen, and Wilmer Valderrama is David McCallum and Sean Murray.
