‘NCIS: Hawai’i’: Does New Trailer Reveal Jane Tennant’s First Case?

As the new television season is fast approaching, “NCIS: Hawai’i” is giving fans of the franchise a sneak peek into its first episode.

Now the burning question some may ask, including Outsiders, is whether or not Special Agent in Charge Jane Tennant has her first case? Well, we don’t know a sure-fire answer for that question.

But if you notice the first scenes in the latest trailer for “NCIS: Hawai’i,” then you might get a small clue. Actress Vanessa Lachey plays Tennant in this spin-off from “NCIS.”

Take a couple of minutes and watch this teaser released on the show’s Instagram account on Thursday. It’ll give you some ideas about what’s going down when the first episode pops on Monday, Sept. 20.

Well, if that doesn’t light a fire underneath you about this new series, then we don’t know what will.

‘NCIS: Hawai’i’ Puts Lachey In Charge Of Pearl On Island

Lachey oversees the NCIS: Pearl in Hawai’i. She has the series’ lead role while Yasmine Al-Bustami plays Junior Field Agent Lucy Tara.

Other cast members include Jason Antoon as cyber intelligence specialist Ernie Malik. Also, Tori Anderson plays Special Agent from the Defense Intelligence Agency Kate Whistler. Finally, Alex Tarrant plays NCIS agent Kai Holman.

“NCIS: Hawai’i” promises to show some incredible sites in the Hawaiian islands.

You catch this new series on Monday nights at 10 p.m. Eastern, 9 p.m. Central. Oh, it will have a pretty strong lead-in show with “NCIS” moving from Tuesday nights to Mondays. The original series airs at 9 p.m. Eastern, 8 p.m. Central.

Jason Antoon Has Been Busy With Roles For His Career

While we have mentioned Lachey and other cast members, one has been busy with different roles.

Let’s turn our attention to Jason Antoon, who has put together quite a resume’ before “NCIS: Hawai’i.”

He was born in Santa Monica, Calif., on Nov. 9, 1971. Antoon decided he would become an actor and studied at Carnegie Mellon University. He got his bachelor’s degree in drama, then turned his attention to Broadway. On the stage, Antoon was an understudy in different plays.

As for his television career, Antoon appeared in a 2013 episode of ABC’s hit series “Grey’s Anatomy.” He played Mr. Samuels on the show.

Antoon also portrayed Dr. Ruben in an episode of the TV series “Shameless.” That’s according to his work listed on IMDb. Antoon appeared on the show back in 2016.

Then in 2017, he also played Eddie on “Fresh Off the Boat.”

As for film work, Antoon had a part in the 2002 Steven Spielberg-directed flick “Minority Report.”

The future “NCIS: Hawai’i” cast member played Rufus Riley at Cyber Parlor.
