Caleb Castille is revealing some more about the upcoming season for NCIS: Los Angeles thanks to a number of snaps he’s released.
Castille, who plays Devon Rountree on the CBS crime drama, shared his photos through his Instagram account. This is according to a story in the British paper The Express.
The first snap that Castille shares showed him riding around Paramount Studios. Next up, he joined Medalian Rahimi, who plays Fatima Namazi, and teased the “energy” that both will bring to NCIS: Los Angeles.
Castille said it will be “different this year.” When he focused on Rahimi’s trainers, Castille joked, “Do I detect the black Air Force energy?”
Rahimi replied, “Coming in hot.”
‘NCIS: Los Angeles’ Star Got Into Conversation With Eric Christian Olsen
Castille took a selfie next to the director’s camera equipment. That’s followed up by a peek at his wardrobe for NCIS: Los Angeles episode No. 2 for Season 13. He showed off his “Race Blue” Jordans.
Then he came across co-star Eric Christian Olsen. Castille poked fun at Olsen’s arms, saying, “There it goes, baby!”
He added, “This man been lifting babies all quarantine.” Castille referred to Olsen’s becoming a dad during the COVID-19 lockdown.
Castille Caught Daniela Ruah Getting Workout Done On Show’s Set
“It’s season 13, I had to get in shape,” Olsen said. Castille replied, “I’m gonna have a new nickname for you. Sexy E.”
Castille then caught up with Daniela Ruah, who plays Kensi Blye. Ruah was attempting to get a workout in on the NCIS: Los Angeles set.
Ruah curled a set of dumbbells. Then Castille said from behind his camera, “Look at this, look at this.”
Ruah laughed after spotting Castille and his camera. She said, “Who is loitering over there?!”
While one episode of the show is in the books, is it the opening episode? Well, we don’t know for sure right now.
Other NCIS: Los Angeles episodes are being filmed at the moment as the show prepares for its 13th season on CBS. Chris O’Donnell, LL Cool J, and Ruah are among the stars on the show. It is the longest-running spinoff from NCIS.
Linda Hunt will return as “Hetty” Lange this season and Gerald McRaney joins NCIS: Los Angeles on a full-time basis as Retired Navy Admiral Hollace Kilbride. Renee Felice Smith and Barrett Foa, though, will not be coming back after 12 seasons on the show.
Showrunner R. Scott Gemmill revealed that Hunt will return in an interview with TV Land. Since Hunt is older, she had to quarantine due to COVID-19. This meant that she couldn’t film on the set. They actually came to Hunt’s home driveway to shoot the scenes she was in last season.
