One of the most popular and longest-running shows on television, “NCIS: Los Angeles” has been a cable tv mainstay since 2009.

The show combines intense drama, shocking twists and an all-star cast from one of television’s best products. A highly-rated show through its first 12 seasons, “NCIS: Los Angeles” has built an impressive following. Earlier this year, CBS announced the show would be getting a 13th season in the near future. It has been a ratings success for the network and reviews have been predominately positive. The show stars LL Cool J, Chris O’Donnell, Peter Cambor, Daniela Ruah and Eric Christian Olsen in lead roles. It is a spinoff of the original “NCIS” and is the second series in the successful “NCIS” franchise.

A big reason for “NCIS: Los Angeles”‘s success is the chemistry possessed by its tremendous cast. In a 2014 interview with Queen Latifah, Olsen and Ruah discuss how well the actors on the show get along. They also note that the cast and crew love to joke around with each other. It is evident by Ruah and Olsen’s interaction that they seem to enjoy their time together. In one segment of the interview, Ruah hilariously accuses Olsen of “stealing” the final lines of episodes.

“A lot of times they will write the last scene in an episode of ‘NCIS’ and it ends that scene and it goes out with a black and white photo,” Olsen says. “What happens is they will write one for her so she’ll have the last line. So, then I always improv something afterward.”

Ruah had a simple response to Olsen’s confession.

“It drives me nuts,” she says.

The interaction between the two “NCIS: Los Angeles” actors is quite hilarious as they tease and make funny faces at each other. Hilarity ensues when Queen Latifah asks them if “they get on each other’s nerves.”

Olsen sarcastically says “no” to the question as he gazes off into the audience as if indicating his response is false. He then breaks into his last line stealing confession much to Ruah’s amusement.

“NCIS: Los Angeles” follows the activities of a Los Angeles-based Office of Special Projects, an elite law enforcement division. The group specializes in undercover investigations and often finds themselves in tough predicaments they must negotiate in order to move forward.

There isn’t an official premiere date for the “NCIS: Los Angeles” season 13 but it could come out later this year.
