‘NCIS: Los Angeles’ Highlights Intense Fight You Wouldn’t Want to be in ‘Middle of’

Raise your hands, NCIS: Los Angeles fans. Who still is amazed at last Sunday’s deliciously pretend fight between Fatima and Kensi?

You know the fight, when Fatima tells Kensi “really, you think you’re that much of a badass?”

The NCIS: Los Angeles social media account certainly thought the scuffle between two agents were was worth another look or two, maybe three.

Watching this scene like (eyeball, smile, eyeball emojis). That’s a fight we wouldn’t want to be in the middle of.”

No need to worry, NCIS: Los Angeles peeps. Kensi (Daniela Ruah) and Fatima (Medalion Rahimi) still are fast friends. It was all part of an elaborate undercover assignment, which sent the two agents to a Malibu drug rehab in search of the girlfriend of a murderous gun runner.

Fatima started the fight as she followed Mia outside. As the video clip opened, she pinned Mia, the girlfriend, against a wall. Fatima and Kensi were both pretending to be addicted to pills and maybe alcohol. Fatima seized Mia’s contraband booze and was demanding her stashed pills. She told Mia one of her friends “ratted her out,” so she knew she had some oxycontin.

Then Kensi came in to protect Mia. This was all part of the plan. She told Fatima: “It’s not going to end well unless you walk away.”

Well, Fatima didn’t walk away, giving fans a brilliantly fake throw of punches between the two agents. Kensi got the best of her. Then Fatima, with blood streaming down her face, yells “this place sucks.”

You see how much fun Fatima had — she walked away with a smile on her face.

So what happened next in the NCIS: Los Angeles episode entitled “Indentured?” Kensi befriended Mia, the woman from Germany who was being abused by Lukas, her boyfriend. Lukas was in charge of the gun runners who killed seven ATF agents. They were selling 200 guns to a general, who in turn was providing them to a private militia based in Arizona. The general was a powerful, right-wing influencer who was readying for a campaign for the U.S. Senate.

Mia gave Lukas’ address to Kensi so Kensi could kill him. But, the address was a fake. Moments later, the agents received word that Lukas was dead of a likely poisoning. Was it Mia? Fans won’t know if she killed her boyfriend unless she returns for another episode.

As NCIS: Los Angeles is ending, Kilbride (Gerald McRaney) busts Gen. Collins. San (LL Cool J) and Callen (Chris O’Donnell) thought Kilbride might be protecting the general. Instead, Kilbride arrested him in the field.

Then, Kilbride opened some good single-malt scotch and poured a glass for the agents to celebrate the bust. Plus, the retired admiral was now director of special ops.

Guns remains the theme of this Sunday’s NCIS: Los Angeles episode. From CBS, the episode is “Sorry for Your Loss. And the plot summary: “As Callen continues hunting Katya, Kilbride enlists NCIS to help find a truckload of stolen guns. The assignment becomes more challenging when their suspect, the son of a mob boss they believe was planning to sell them, is found dead.”
