Sara Wright Olsen, the wife of “NCIS: Los Angeles” star Eric Christian Olsen, is a vision in red. Recently, the actress took to Instagram to show off her new farm-to-closet, floor-length floral dress.
If you’re wondering what exactly “farm to closet” means, as Olsen describes, it’s about sustainability using regenerative cotton farming techniques.
“They have now created a regenerative cotton collection made with the intention to be part of the solution: to heal the soil, sequester carbon, grow, plant, and follow the flow of Mother Nature through regenerative farming practices,” she wrote in her caption alongside several snaps of the gorgeous dress.
Her followers get to see the dress from several different angles. In the first, viewers see Sara from the front as she stands on the stairs outside. In the next, we see the dress from the back. She also posts another snap of herself sitting outside in the rust-colored piece.
In other “NCIS” news, fans are getting excited for the premiere of “NCIS” Los Angeles” season 13. In a new post via Eric Christian Olsen’s Instagram Stories, his followers got excited when he documented the first day of filming of the new season.
‘NCIS: Los Angeles’ Fans Get Excited for New Season
Coincidentally, the show began filming on the same day as the original series from the franchise. While viewers will undoubtedly see new changes in the upcoming season, the show has been careful not to reveal any secrets. As for the characters, we know that Barrett Foa and Renee Felice Smith will no longer be a part of the popular series.
At the end of “Los Angeles” season 12, fans said goodbye to characters, Eric and Nell. Now, fans will have to wait and see who the writers will write in— if they choose to do so. Additionally, Gerald McRaney is the only regular moving forward, and we’re not sure they will cast anyone another character.
Instead, the writers could use this opportunity to write more for the actors already in place— meaning we could learn more about the characters like Rountree and Fatima in particular. The show writers can utilize them more than they did last season.
As for Rountree, you can also see a new video from Caleb Castille’s Instagram below of him back on the show’s set. If you are looking for behind-the-scenes teases throughout production, he’s probably the best bet for that since he’s always been one to share “NCIS” tidbits online.
“NCIS: Los Angeles” returns to screens on CBS in October and will continue to air on the 9:00 p.m. Sunday timeslot. Although we expect some significant changes are coming for the shows, it’s nice to know this element of “NCIS: LA” will stay the same.
