It is a happy day in the Ozzy Osbourne home. The rockstar’s son Jack celebrates his birthday today and got a special message from his dad. It was this day back in 1985 when the Prince of Darkness’ youngest child was born.

Now, 36 years old, Jack Osbourne has made a name for himself. To celebrate the special day, Ozzy posted a quick message along with a photo of the two. The two have been close over the years and appeared on multiple TV shows and specials together. Check out the post below.

When Jack was born in 1985, Ozzy Osbourne had just started to get his footing in his solo career. While it isn’t mentioned much now, when he first left Black Sabbath, he was in a bad place. There wasn’t a guarantee he would return to music. That changed in 1980, but the death of his new bandmates soon after was another setback for the singer. By ’85 he was on his way to sending his solo album The Ultimate Sin to Platinum status.

As for Jack, his TV media career began at the early age of 16. He has spent 20 years now in show business and his career has developed almost as much as his fashion over the years. From MTV to English television on the BBC and more, Osbourne has shown his talents. He has three kids with his ex-wife.

More recently, Ozzy Osbourne’s son has been working on his own ghost hunting show. As for the rockstar, he is laying low for the most part. There is a chance that the heavy metal icon may not play another live show again.

Ozzy Osbourne Undergoing Neck Surgery

Although the singer has feared it for a while, he is set to undergo neck surgery. This would be the second time he has done so. Along with that, he might be done playing live on stage. Fans are hoping that isn’t the case, but are mostly worried about his health.

“I now have a date for when I have my surgery on my neck,” Ozzy said on SiriusXM. “[The surgeon] is not telling me that he can put me back to normal, which is no excuse. He says he can do this and that and do my back. The way it is now, I ain’t very encouraged, what if it gets worse?”

However, the outcome, if he doesn’t get the surgery, is dire as well.

“They do that, the first guy said, ‘If you do not have this surgery you have got a good chance of being crippled for the rest of your life.’ …I am a bit gunshy after the first one. I am just hoping and praying that I can at least do a f-king show.”

Hopefully, Ozzy Osbourne is able to get healthy and do what he wants to do. His health is the most important thing.
