You may be cool, but you’ll never be as cool as Happy Days star Henry Winkler with a fish in one hand and a cigar in the other.

Henry Winkler has a very familiar face. Most fans of classic television shows likely remember him by another name — Arthur “Fonzie” Fonzarelli. Winkler rose to fame in the mid-1970s and 1980s while playing the role of Fonzie on Happy Days. He even won two Golden Globe Awards and three Emmy Award nominations while playing the part.

Nowadays, however, the Happy Days star spends less of his time on set and more of his time out on the water. In fact, he is somewhere in Idaho right now hauling in an insane number of trout. It’s hard to say exactly where he is though, and we all know that Winkler is smart enough not to give out his secret spot.

But the man behind Fonzie did take to social media on Friday afternoon to post pictures of his numerous catches. His spree of fishing tweets started just before noon. By the looks of it, it seems as though Winkler is having himself a field day out on the water in Idaho and he couldn’t be any happier. He was all smiles with his first catch of the day in one hand, and a cigar in the other.

“First of this Friday, thank you Idaho,” Winkler wrote on Twitter.

That would not be his last tweet, though, or his last fish caught for the day. Actually, it was just the beginning. To see the other fish Winkler caught on Friday, you can visit his official Twitter page.

Henry Winkler Discusses His Love of Fishing with Conan O’Brien

There is no doubt about it — Henry Winkler is a man that genuinely loves fishing. You can just see it in his smile. And he does not keep that passion to himself. The Happy Days star is known to sit down on various talk shows to chat about his love for fishing. He did just that in a previous interview with Conan O’Brien.

“You love fly fishing. And I have seen these pictures of you — you seem almost too happy fly fishing,” O’Brien says to Winkler.

The production team then shows off countless photos of Winkler flashing his big smile with a fish in hand. Just like the ones he tweeted out on Friday.

“You know what I want? I want my screen saver to be Henry Winkler catching fish. And it’s always changing because it makes me happy to see anybody that happy. Particularly you,” O’Brien admits.

“I love it. Fishing — you cannot worry about anything else in your life,” Winkler explains. “It’s just you and the fish. Oh, I love it so much. And you’re in a gorgeous place — the sound of the water going by, it is the most pleasing sound to mankind.”
