The Pioneer Woman, Ree Drummond, is always about down-home living. That lifestyle applies to all things, kitchen, ranch, and dogs. That is clear in her latest Instagram post. Those who have followed her on social media know that she loves posting about her furry friends. Fans are very familiar with her basset hound, Frank. His wrinkles have been posted more than once on her pages.

While the latest post doesn’t feature any basset hounds, it does show a couple of other members of the man’s best friend club. In the post, Drummond has a huge smile while trying her best to give both dogs in the photo the attention they deserve. It really is never enough.

The post came with a great caption. “If I ever come over to your house and you can’t find me for awhile [sic], just look for your dogs. Dogs are my favorite people! No offense to all my family and friends. Okay bye!” She included a few dog emojis for good measure.

There just isn’t much about the Pioneer Woman that doesn’t scream genuine. While she has been on television for a number of years, she has remained true to her brand and lifestyle. Whether she is cooking a family meal in the kitchen, out taking pictures of her husband working the ranch, or working on a new cookbook. That Ree Drummond personality always shines through.

The ‘Pioneer Woman’ Has Great Friends

Part of following Ree Drummond means seeing other great parts of her life. The Pioneer Woman keeps great friends, and one of them is also a famous cook. Joy the Baker stopped by Pawhuska High School and saw Drummond’s son play football. Not only that, she extended her trip just to catch the game. Talk about a great friend!

That isn’t all. Joy and her “fella” as Drummond called him, also came with their own Huskies gear! That’s dedication on another level. Nothing better than small-town football on a Friday night with people you enjoy being with. For the Drummond family, it wasn’t just a social event. The Huskies went on to win by thirty points, and Joy stuck around until the very end.

It’s no secret the Pioneer Woman has athletic children. One of her sons plays at North Texas and the other is still in high school playing for the Huskies. Perhaps Joy needs to make her way to more games. If the Huskies are winning by four touchdowns, she has to be a bit of good luck. Keep up with everything that the Drummonds have been doing by following Ree on social media. There’s always something new that she is posting about. It’s the best way to get a behind-the-scenes look at her day-to-day life and other projects.
