The Pioneer Woman Ree Drummond held another book signing recently and it looks like she made a couple of new friends.

If you are like all of us here at Outsider, then you know and love Ree Drummond and The Pioneer Woman TV show. Drummond has become one of the most beloved personalities on The Food Network thanks to her popular show and all of her delicious recipes.

However, Ree Drummond has been on the road recently as part of her book tour schedule. Her new book, Super Easy, just came out last month. Drummond has since made stops in Paramus, New Jersey, Naperville, Illinois, Wichita, Kansas, Grapevine, Texas, and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

On Saturday, The Food Network star stayed in her hometown and held a book signing for all of the locals. It was there that she made a couple of new friends. After the event, Drummond took to social media to post a photo of her standing alongside a young couple.

“I had a cookbook signing in Pawhuska yesterday, and these were the final two attendees in line!” Drummond captioned the photo on her official Instagram account. “Such a nice young couple, and we had such an immediate connection.”

So, what else is there to do when you’re a television star and you hit it off with a couple at your book signing? You invite them back to your house for Thanksgiving dinner. At least, that’s what The Pioneer Woman does.

“So I invited them to Thanksgiving at our house this week!” she continued. “I’m still waiting for their response. Sure hope they say yes! And I hope they like to do dishes!”

The young couple better be careful, though. It sounds like Ree Drummond and her husband Ladd may want to put them to work.

“Also, Ladd might need them to help him work cattle. So fun to meet new friends! Okay, bye.”

‘Pioneer Woman’ Fans Think Ree Drummond’s Friend Looks Just Like Her

Fans of The Pioneer Woman have had multiple opportunities to meet up with the star herself on her latest book tour. But not everyone has the means or the time to be able to meet with her in person. That’s when social media comes in handy. Drummond’s fans took to the comments of her most recent post and they believe that the girl in the photo looks just like her.

“Gee, that female attendee could be your doppelganger!” one fan wrote.

“She looks like your daughter to me!” another fan commented.

“Nice, yep I have the same rule at my pad!” a third fan said. “I call it, ‘firehouse rule.’ I cook, everyone else cleans. Enjoy, Happy Thanksgiving.”
