Well, there’s no reason to go all out with your costumes tonight because Robert Irwin has officially won Halloween with his Marvel Comics-based outfit along with an actual alligator in tow.

For those that may not realize, Robert is Steve “The Crocodile Hunter” Irwin‘s son. Anyone that knows the zookeeper and wildlife expert will recognize Robert as the spitting image of his famous father. Sadly, Steve passed away in a tragic accident while filming his show back in 2006. However, Robert Irwin and his sister, Bindi, have carried on in the family business. They’re keeping their dad’s spirit alive by continuing on with his wildlife conservation work while preserving his legacy.

Therefore when it comes to Halloween costumes, it’s no surprise Robert enlisted an animal to help out with the occasion. Evidently, the Crocodile Hunter’s son is a fan of Marvel Comics’ recent Disney+ series Loki. Actor Tom Hiddleston is back once again portraying his popular MCU character, which is Thor’s brother. The god of mayhem and mischief received his own television series, and fans couldn’t get enough of one aspect of the show.

Throughout the show’s six episodes, Loki continues to run into several variants of himself. As an example, Hiddleston’s character comes across a female version of Loki named Sylvie. There is an old man version of Loki, a young boy version of Loki, and many more. But fans flocked to one horned variant in particular when the series introduced Alligator Loki.

The scene-stealing, Loki horn-wearing alligator couldn’t have been a more appropriate Halloween companion for Robert Irwin. The Crocodile Hunter’s son wore Loki’s tan TVA uniform with horned-helmet and knife to match. But the star of his Halloween costume is a real live alligator adorned with Loki horns as well. Well played, Robert Irwin. Well played.

Robert Irwin Poses With His Niece After ‘Big Day Catching Crocs’

Even though his alligator companion for Halloween was epic, Robert Irwin frequently posts about another even more awesome companion – his infant niece.

A couple of months ago, Robert took his sister’s four-month-old little girl, Grace Warrior Irwin Powell, on a crocodile research expedition. While this may not seem like a normal uncle-niece hangout, it is when your last name is Irwin.

Uncle Robert shared a photo of himself at camp following a successful expedition day. As you can tell from the photo, Grace is all smiles as she sits in her uncle’s lap. In addition, her uncle is beaming with pride and has a huge smile on his face as well.

“Hanging out with Grace in the camp after a big day catching crocs is the best. She’s lovin life up here on our crocodile research expedition!” Robert Irwin posted on Instagram.
