Sadie Robertson Drops Some Inspiration While Enjoying Gorgeous Snow Day

On Tuesday evening, Duck Dynasty star Sadie Robertson shared a beautiful, snowy photo of herself and her dog with her 4.1 million Instagram followers.

Like many others in the South recently, Robertson has made sure to enjoy the snow while she can. A winter storm rolled through Louisiana recently and blanketed her hometown in snow. The TV star took a minute while outside to take a picture with her little white dog named Cabo.

Robertson and her husband, Christian Huff, welcomed Cabo to the family back in January 2020. They named her after their honeymoon locale. In addition, they gave the fluffy pup a middle name inspired by the movie Mary Poppins.

“Her middle name is Pop, short for Poppins, cause she’s just practically perfect in every way,” Robertson said when she announced the family’s new dog.

Along with her wintery photo with Cabo, Robertson added some inspiring words to her post. She shared Isaiah‬ ‭1:18‬ ‭ESV, an appropriate snow-related bible verse.

“‘Come now, let us reason together, says the Lord: though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as SNOW…’ Isaiah‬ ‭1:18‬ ‭ESV,” Robertson wrote on Instagram. “Wow! Just look at that snow and think about those words – HOW BEAUTIFUL!?!”

Sadie Robertson Shares More Inspiring Words About ‘Intentional’ Love

On Thursday, Sadie Robertson shared an inspiring blog post with her followers about “intentional” love during Valentine’s Day.

Robertson posted four pictures of herself and her husband. She added some thoughts leading up to Valentine’s Day where she explained what she thinks is the true purpose of the holiday. She talked about how many dread Valentine’s Day and think it’s only for couples. Yet Robertson sees things differently.

“I think Valentine’s day is for all people, because I would like to think that the heart of Valentine’s Day is not relationships, but that the heart of Valentine’s Day is love itself. A day where the whole world acknowledges and is intentional about the way that we love,” Robertson wrote in her blog.

Her blog post is meant to inspire everyone to spread love, whether with friends, family, or neighbors. Robertson suggested multiple ways to spread love, including gifting chocolates, hugging a loved one, or cooking a meal for them. She explains that as you spread love to others, “you yourself will start feeling more loved.”

“Go out and LOVE today. Find your identity and purpose in that love today. If you don’t know where to start, I wanted to give y’all a practical way you can love today,” she concluded her blog.

“Valentine’s Day has a way of bringing up alllll the feels ❤️💔❤️😍🥰😭😅🤪☺️🙃😘 Can you relate?!? I wrote a blog encouraging you that no matter what mood you’re in or season you’re walking through what I believe the heart of Valentine’s Day is! Link in story ❤️🍓🤍,” Robertson wrote on Instagram.
