“S.W.A.T.” hunks Shemar Moore and David Lim goofed around with oversized glasses for a “Sunday Funday.”

Show friends Hondo and Tam hammed it up for the Instagram camera in a lighthearted weekend moment.

One fan posted, “Confident enough in their masculinity to make spectacles of themselves.”

In an April Brief Take interview, the “S.W.A.T.” co-star talked about working with his buddy.

“It’s a lot of fun,” Lim said. “I’m blessed to be a part of the show with him. We hit it off from the getgo four years ago (filming the pilot). We’ve only become much closer.”

Lim revealed he only lives a mile from the actor/producer Moore.

“I love working with him,” he said. “He’s a great leader. He’s a phenomenal actor. You see what you see on T.V., but the cameras aren’t rolling; he’s a down-to-earth guy.”

Lim related that he thinks the two will be friends long after “S.W.A.T.”

Actor Safe Amid ‘S.W.A.T.’ Precautions

In the interview, Lim talked about being in a bubble during the pandemic. He commended the show’s producers and staff for making sure everyone was safe.

Lim stressed that “S.W.A.T.” was one of the few shows that didn’t get shut down as many Hollywood shows dealt with COVID-19 outbreaks.

“I think we were all thankful to go back to work and continue what we love.”

Lim said the writers did a remarkable job on scripts due to limited action due to COVID.

“They really had to bring it, and they delivered,” he said.

An athlete growing up, the “S.W.A.T.” co-star said he was happy to work on the show’s stunts. He said he and the actors did 70 percent of their students.

Lim’s had fun researching things for his role. He said he’d had pleasure learning enough to bring more to his role.

As for the “S.W.A.T.” Season 5 renewal, the actor said the grateful fans keep wanting more.

“We must be doing something right,” Lim said.

Is ‘S.W.A.T.’ Star Dating?

While Lim married model Marketa Kazdova in 2019, Moore is currently dating a soccer player.

According to Celebrity Dig, Moore has been dating Shawna Gordon, a former women’s pro soccer player. She most recently played in the National Women’s Soccer League for NJ/NY Gotham FC in 2016. Moore and Gordon previously dated in 2014-2015, according to news.com.au.

“S.W.A.T.” star and producer Moore has had romances with actresses Halle Berry, Toni Braxton, Kimberly Elise, and Ashley Scott. Gordon is the executive director for Football For Her, Inc. and works as a trainer/mentor for young women interested in soccer.

The 51-year-old Moore has talked about the need for balance in his life. With the stress of “S.W.A.T” Season 5, the actor/producer is committed to his work, however.

He told TVLine that he “loves what I do for a living. I love it from ‘action’ to ‘cut,’ but I also want to walk my dogs, travel, get married, have kids. I want balance, and it’s hard to do with the schedule that we have.”
