When you think about “S.W.A.T.” star Shemar Moore you most likely think of him playing a law enforcement officer in that show or in “Criminal Minds.” You might also think about him in his role as Malcolm Winters in “The Young and the Restless.”

What you probably don’t think about is him as a cowboy. His filmography doesn’t really support that image of him, after all. However, the 51-year-old actor really is a cowboy. And he showed off those skills in an epic series of photos he posted on social media on Wednesday, Sept. 15.

According to Moore’s post, the photos were captured in Tepozotlan, Mexico. The “S.W.A.T.” star is sitting on a beautiful horse in most of them. There is also a stunning mountainous background behind him in the photos.

In the caption he shared with those epic photos, Shemar Moore shared some details about the upcoming season of “S.W.A.T.” He began the post reminding his followers of when the popular drama will return to the small screen.

“OCT 1st!!!!! SEASON 5 of @swatcbs Premieres!!!! Tell your Homies, Friends and Family ….” Moore shared.

Next, he urged his followers and fans to make sure that they watch the season premiere that is only a few weeks away. He also promises that his character, Daniel “Hondo” Harrelson, will be experiencing some major drama when the show returns.

“You don’t want to miss this EPIC and CRAZY story that HONDO gets involved with in Mexico while he’s trying to mind his business and escape LA…… and just ride a Horse,” “S.W.A.T.” star Shemar Moore also shared.

The popular actor also recently shared footage of him behind the wheel of a police car. He’s drifting in the clip and this footage is also epic. The clip begins with Moore racing on foot to his vehicle. He’s decked out in police gear. He jumps in and soon takes off.
