‘The Brady Bunch’: Jan Brady Actor Eve Plumb Lists Stunning NYC Apartment for $1.8M

One star actress from The Brady Bunch has officially put her New York City apartment on the market.

As fans of classic television, we all know and love Eve Plumb. After all, Plumb rose to prominence while playing a member of TV’s most beloved families — Jan Brady of The Brady Bunch. There is certainly no question that is her best-remembered role as an actress. She would even tell you that herself, but more on that later.

At just 11-years-old, Plumb was cast as the middle daughter of the Brady children in the 1970s sitcom. Before that, she had begun appearing in commercials at age 7. After The Brady Bunch ended in 1974, Plumb continued to work in the television and film industries.

She acted in the 1976 NBC television film Dawn: Portrait of a Teenage Runaway, and in the 1978 mini-series, Little Women. And she also made appearances on series like Bull, The Path, That 70s Show, Law & Order: SVU, The Love Boat, Fantasy Island, and more.

And, of course, she continued to reprise her role as Jan Brady in the various reunion series and films such as The Brady Brides and A Very Brady Christmas.

After working on some of the biggest television sets of her time, there is no doubt that Eve Plumb did well for herself. And there is no better indication of that than by taking a look at her Manhattan condo she recently listed for sale. The Brady Bunch star is listing her place for $1.8 million.

Details and Specs on The Brady Bunch Actress’ Apartment

Eve Plumb’s Upper East Side condo is located in the Lenox Hill neighborhood, containing beautiful views of the East River and the Manhattan skyline. In total, it is stretched out over 1,225 square feet. It contains two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was first listed last week, on June 1.

The 63-year-old first purchased her luxurious pad for $1.58 million back in 2016. When entering the home, you will quickly notice its open floor plan. It features modern living, dining, and kitchen spaces. And the master bathroom comes equipped with heated floors and a triple Toto rain shower head.

Of course, as part of a condominium complex, the property will come with some pretty great perks. Building amenities include a 24-7 doorman service, a laundry room and extra storage.

In case you were wondering, The Brady Bunch star has been married to her husband, Ken Pace, for 26 years. But the two do not have any children of their own. That helps explain why they enjoy living the condo life. Speaking of which, the couple just sold their Upper West Side condo in 2019 for $735,000.

Now we wait and see if Eve Plumb and her husband switch it up and buy a new house. Or maybe they will find a new condo elsewhere that suits their style. In the meantime, click here to see some photos of the inside of her newest listing.
