There is no doubt that the last few months have been a tough go of it for Carrie Ann Inaba. But when she spends time with her nieces, everything seems to feel better.

You probably know Carrie Ann Inaba as the co-host and moderator of the popular CBS daytime talk show, The Talk. Or perhaps you remember her from her stint on Dancing with the Stars. Either way, most fans know that the popular role model has been dealing with some health issues as of late. As a matter of fact, Inaba was forced to take a leave of absence from her spot on The Talk because of that.

However, followers of Inaba know that she still chooses to remain positive. She currently has more than 400,000 followers on Instagram and she is constantly posting uplifting messages to her fans. And on Sunday, she posted an adorable video of her nieces from when they are little girls. She also includes a more recent photo, showing just how much they have grown up.

“These two little cuties grew up to be intelligent, beautiful, and kind young women, with better style than I tried to give them 😉🤣🤣🤣 Sooooo cute!!!!!!” Inaba captioned her most recent post. “@miyahaga @marihagaa @islandgirl1223 Swipe to see them now. Gotta love that random sense of humor! Lol! 😂💕#auntylife 💖”

Carrie Ann Inaba Encourages Her Nieces to Follow Their Dreams

On Sunday, Carrie Ann Inaba was admiring just how much her beloved nieces have grown up. However, it wasn’t all that long ago that she was doing the same while looking in the mirror. She has obviously come a long way in life. But she will always remember the little girl she used to be.

She posted on Instagram just a couple of weeks ago looking back at her own childhood. If you ever wanted to see Carrie Ann Inaba as a little girl playing in the sand, now is your chance.

“This little girl had dreams,” Inaba began. “She loved animals… all animals. She loved listening to the palm tree fronds as they swished back and forth against each other in the Hawaiian breeze. She could have sworn they were telling her secrets about the universe. She also was very close to nature, that nature and the earth, and all that comes from the earth were her closest friends. She loved the possibilities that were always available to her from this earth and her wild and immeasurable energy.”

In the end of her post, Inaba encourages her fans and followers to never give up on their dreams. There is no doubt that she is saying those exact same things to her nieces as they continue to get older.
