Things on The Voice are moving by fast. It feels like just yesterday we met this year’s contestants in the Blind rounds. Now, the show is airing its first live episode of the season. So which contestants are remaining after the battle rounds and the knockouts? And who are the current favorites to win?

Now that we’re in the live rounds, America’s vote has much more of a role. Each week, America is going to vote for who they like best as a performer. That singer (or act) will get to advance to the next round.

Team Kelly

Going into the final rounds, Team Kelly is strong as always. With multiple powerhouse singers, Clarkson has a shot at winning the show again.

On her team: Girl Named Tom, Gymani, Hailey Mia, Katie Rae, and Jeremy Rosado Remain.

Of the fan favorites, Girl Named Tom and Gymani appear to have a bit of an edge. Girl Named Tom, an act composed of the sibling trio Caleb, Joshua, and Bekah, received a four-chair turn in the blind auditions.

Team John

John Legend’s team is full of unique characters. Samuel Harness, Jershika Maple, Shadale, Joshua Vacanti, and David Vogel remain.

Everyone on this team has stood out at one point during the show, but Jershika has wowed with her powerful vocals and Vacanti has really stood out for his eccentric and theatrical performances.

Team Ariana

Ariana Grande is the newest coach, with this year being her first. However, that doesn’t mean she doesn’t have a shot at winning. She has multiple strong voices on her team. Remaining on team Ariana are father-son duo Jim and Sasha Allen, whose John Denver cover in the blind auditions won over the hearts of fans. Also on team Ariana are Bella DeNapoli, four Holly Forbes, Ryleigh Plank, and Raquel Trinidad.

Holly Forbes was a steal for Ariana Grande, and she is a major contender this year. With a four-chair-turn blind audition, Forbes is a favorite to win this year, and now that she’s on team Ariana, the new coach’s chances of winning just increased by a lot.

Team Blake

Blake Shelton has been on The Voice the longest and has the most wins. Therefore, it’s no surprise that he’s very well positioned heading into the live rounds.

On his team are Peedy Chavis, Libianca, Lana Scott, Paris Winningham, and the show-stopping Wendy Moten. Moten is an absolute favorite to win this year.

Her raw talent makes it shocking that she doesn’t have a big career of her own. With someone like Wendy Moten on his team, Blake Shelton is in a fantastic position.

‘The Voice’ also Has a Comeback Twist

21 artists will head into the live rounds this year. The 21st artist is one of the artists that has been eliminated in the knockouts or the battles. Each coach got to nominate a person they sent home for America’s vote. John Legend nominated Samara Brown, Ariana Grande nominated Vaughn Mogul, Blake Shelton nominated Hailey Green and Kelly Clarkson nominated Aaron Hines.

We’ll find out tonight, November 8th, which of these four contestants will get a second chance to compete on the show and advance to the live rounds. You can catch The Voice on NBC on Mondays and Tuesdays at 8/7 Central.
