On The CW’s Walker things are heating up and the Walker family might be in danger. A new teaser for the upcoming episode shows how dire things are.
The Texas Ranger finds out that he and his family are being spied on. There are cameras hidden in the house. They were able to find one, and there very well may be more (there are more). The episode is titled It’s Not What You Think and it looks like someone wants dirt on the family. That includes Walker, played by Jared Padalecki. Here is the synopsis of the show below.
“Walker (Jared Padalecki) tells his family about the surveillance cameras in their home and partners with Denise (guest star Tamara Feldman) to lure out whoever is watching them. Liam (Keegan Allen) doesn’t trust Denise, or her husband Dan (guest star Dave Annable), which frustrates Walker who is trying to mend the rift between the families. Micki (Lindsey Morgan) continues to deal with the ramifications of her time undercover.”
While it isn’t clear from the promo video, there could be some damning evidence against Walker. At the very least, it is out-of-context evidence that will make the ranger look really bad. We see that Lindsey Morgan is still around, so her character has not left the show yet. Good news for those Micki fans.
Someone is watching the Walker family, that much is obvious. The episode is going to get to the bottom of why they are doing it. He has a lot of potential enemies and there are some obvious choices. However, what ramifications will this have as far as family dynamics? Also, is Dan going to confront Walker with whatever he thinks is going on?
Season 2 Episode 3 of ‘Walker’
Cordell Walker is a widower, fans know his story. So, his family is very important to him. If someone is spying on them, then things are going to get real nasty real fast. It looks like an intense situation. While the stakes seem high with the cameras and the spying, the last episode featured a very intense moment. A chili cookoff.
That’s right, in the last episode the Walker circle of family and friends competed in a chili cookoff and it was awesome. Throwing these little playful scenes is what this show does well. Just everyday life. However, the cookoff wasn’t just innocent fun, there was money at stake and pride of course. These small communities can get so testy.
When Walker returns next week, the issues at hand will be much different. How much footage do these people have and how damaging could it be? Will his family be implicated in anything and what will Cordell do to make things right? We’ll have to wait for next week.
