Kid Rock is one smooth criminal. While most fans know the artist for his signature voice, Rock showed he had some serious dance moves as well.

“The American Bada–” singer demonstrated his best pantomime skills in a new Instagram video. The musician pretended to be a mime moving along an invisible wall. He then broke into a moonwalk that would make even Michael Jackson proud. The dance, in large part to Jackson, was popular in the 1980s and 90s. But the dance move originated back in the 1930s by Cab Calloway, who called it “The Buzz.”

Kid Rock Uses Social Media For Causes He Cares About

Besides goofing off, Rock has used his social media accounts to share causes that are important to him. During the 2020 presidential election, Rock supported President Donald Trump in his re-election bid. He also performed at Trump rallies in his home state of Michigan.

More recently, Rock used his social media to share support for his friend and artist Tim Montana. He shared one of Montana’s songs and described him as a younger version of himself.

Rock wrote, “My buddy Tim Montana’s new music and videos are out today! I think you all will dig em, I sure do. He reminds me a lot of myself when I was younger with his talent and work ethic, and he knows how to have a good time! Check em out if you’re looking for some new good jams to get down to!”

For this past Veteran’s Day, Rock reflected on meeting with military members and veterans.

“Some of the hardest and most rewarding work I have ever done was performing and spending time with our military around the world,” Rock wrote. “But it is nothing compared to the service and dedication our proud veterans and their families have done for our great nation. Thank you again!-Kid Rock.”
