We’re all getting ready to put 2020 behind us, and it appears that Tim Allen and the cast of “Last Man Standing” are doing the same.

Not only are these cast of characters looking towards the New Year, but they’re also making resolutions. In this clip shared on Tim Allen’s Twitter account, he asks his fans, “What’s your New Year’s Resolution?”

Tim Allen starts the video by sharing what his character’s New Year’s resolution would be.

“Mike Baxter’s New Year’s resolution would be if we could top the sales figures from last year.”

“I think for Kristen it might be work less, enjoy family more,” Amanda Fuller says.

Jordan Master says his character, Ryan, would wish “everyone was healthy, happy and we were carrying on to some degree of normalcy.”

“Vanessa’s New Year’s resolution would be to be with her family and resume her career and get out of the house,” Nancy Travis says laughing on the couch.

Tim Allen Says Farewell to ‘Last Man Standing’

The ninth season of the comedy series will be its last. The news came earlier this year that “Last Man Standing” would be wrapping its series in its entirety.

Allen released a statement regarding the wrap of the show that will feature a time jump to the future.

“I’ve been one lucky dude to have been part of Last Man Standing,” Allen says. “I so appreciate the incredible support from our fans over this near-decade of work. As we approach the ninth season, I just admire and feel grateful for all the hard work our wonderful cast and crew have done. We had all considered to end the show after last season, but together with Fox, we decided to add a year so we could produce a full season to create the gentle and fun goodbye. I’m looking forward to a memorable and hilarious final season.”

The premier starts on January 3 on FOX. The season premiere will debut at 9:30 p.m. ET, which is one hour later than initially expected, according to TV Line
