ABC’s Celebrity Wheel of Fortune is featuring a whole new lineup of celebrity guests for the episode airing on Thursday.
Each week, Celebrity Wheel of Fortune welcomes new celebrities to win up to one million for a charity of their choice. The new popular game show on ABC’s lineup has already had on some high-profile names. Some of those include Maria Menounos, Jennie Garth, and Yvette Nicole Brown.
However, for tomorrow’s (Feb. 25) episode, we will see Robert Herjavec, Christ Harrison, and Alfonso Ribeiro. The official Wheel of Fortune Twitter account gave us a little sneak peek at the upcoming episode via social media on Wednesday evening.
And to make things even better, they included a familiar song reference — “It’s Not Unusual” by Tom Jones — which Ribeiro has been known for singing and dancing to.
“@alfonso_ribeiro singing? It’s not unusual. Catch him on #CelebrityWheelOfFortune tomorrow at 8|7c on ABC!”
Hilarious Exchange Between Pat Sajak and Alfonso Ribeiro
We all know Ribeiro, of course, for his character on The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. He played the role of Carlton Banks, Will Smith’s cousin.
Meanwhile, Ribeiro has since evolved into more than just a talented actor. He has also dabbled in directing, dancing, and hosting game shows. That makes his appearance a natural fit on Celebrity wheel of Fortune. And if the most recent clip we saw is any indication, tomorrow night’s episode should be entertaining.
Wheel of Fortune host Pat Sajak and Ribeiro have a hilarious exchange during the video clip.
“You have a interesting association here with one of our members,” Sajak states. “You sang at Robert’s wedding.”
“Yeah, I sang at Robert’s wedding,” Ribeiro replies. “Joey Fatone and I got up, and did a little “Don’t Let the Sun Go Down On Me.” A little Elton John and George Michael for ya.”
“Were you invited or did you just walk in?” Sajak jokingly asks.
“No, we just showed up. His wife invited me. He was like ‘get out of here.'” Ribeiro jokes back.
How Long Does It Take to Film an Episode of ‘Wheel of Fortune?’
It may come as a surprise to some fans, but host Pat Sajak and co-host Vanna White only spend four days a month filming the popular game show. According to Radio.com, the pair films every other Thursday and Friday. While on set, however, they aren’t messing around. They finish up the production of six shows per day.
