Following the news that Dog the Bounty Hunter (aka Duane Chapman) is now joining the manhunt for Gabby Petito’s fiance Brian Laundrie, the internet is reacting to the reality TV star’s participation in the high profile case.
As previously reported, News Nation Now correspondent, Brian Entin, filmed Dog the Bounty Hunter visited the home of Gabby Petito’s fiance as he searched for clues that may lead to finding the missing 23-year-old man.
Needless to say, Dog the Bounty Hunter taking part in the manhunt is a super twist for some Twitter users. A fan of the bounty hunter then tweeted, “When you got Dog the Bounty hunter AND Jon Walsh on your case. Your days are numbered #BrianLaundrie #dogthebountyhunter.”
A Twitter user wrote that reality star being a part of the Gabby Petito Case is the most Florida thing they have ever seen.“I honestly think Dog might be able to do it. My mom is a member of his fan club. I trust her judgment.”
The bounty hunter stated anyone with information on the whereabouts of Gabby Petito’s fiance should call him at 833-TELLDOG. He added that all information will be kept confidential.
Fans of Dog the Bounty Hunter Support Him As He Joins the Gabby Petito Case
Some Dog the Bounty Hunter fans continue to show him support as he partakes in the Gabby Petito Case. One fan tweeted, “Duane Lee Chapman, better known as Dog The Bounty Hunter, just joined the manhunt for Brian Laundrie. Just an FYI, he’s a former bail bondsman and he and his team also captured Andrew Luster in 2003. S–t’s about to get real for #BrianLaundrie.”
Some Twitter users stated if Dog the Bounty Hunter finds Gabby Petito’s fiance before the FBI does, then there needs to be a re-evaluation of the crime-stopping organization. Another user then added, “I’d love to have been a fly on the wall in the North Port police department when they got the call that Dog the Bounty Hunter was on the scene.”
Gabby Petito’s Parents Make Funeral Arrangements in Long Island, New York
The parents of Gabby Petito are now making funeral arrangements in Long Island, New York. Joe Petito, Gabby’s father, announced on Instagram that the service will be held at Moloney Funeral Home in Holbrook. It will be on Sunday from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Gabby’s father requests donations to be sent to the Future Gabby Petito Foundation through the Johnny Ma Foundation. He is not sharing any other details about the Foundation quite yet.
The funeral comes just one week after the discovery of Gabby’s body at the Grand Teton National Park in Wyoming. She went missing last month after a couple of months of being on a road trip with Laundrie.
