How do you like your overalls? Do you like crisp, dark denim? Are you a fan of a lighter wash? Do you mind if there are grass stains on the knees? Or maybe you don’t care about fashion at all, really. You might be a farmer who doesn’t have time to worry about such things.

Some people are always concerned about fashion, however. It appears those people will pay anything to have those grass stains on their overalls. They’ll pay $1,400 at the very least, if this new pair of Gucci overalls is any indication.

Gucci’s grass-stained glamorous overalls

“Channeling the Fall Winter 2020 Men’s collection’s grunge vibe, this denim overall is crafted from organic cotton and specifically treated for a stained-like, distressed effect,” the official product description reads. “Gucci explores new takes on the cult fabric, reinterpreting it with different designs and washing techniques that blur the line between vintage and contemporary.”

It seems like it might be simpler to buy a pair of regular overalls and get down and dirty in the grass. But it might also be someone’s cup of tea. You can’t put the country in a pair of overalls just the same you can’t the country out of a person.

Maybe this is the result of someone trying to do just that. Either way, if you want to rock these overalls, you need only head over to Gucci to do so. They’ll probably be available with plenty in supply. You never know though – this could be the beginning of a brand new trend.

If you happen to own a few pairs of overalls, it could be prudent to keep them in good shape. You never know when trendsetters will be looking for a piece to keep up with the Joneses.
