Herschel Walker Shares Advice Ahead of Upcoming Runoff Elections: ‘Fight to Preserve Our Constitution’

Former NFL player Herschel Walker is speaking out in advance of the upcoming runoff elections in Georgia.

“Let’s fight for America and fight to preserve our Constitution!” he tweeted Monday. He also urged followers to vote in runoff elections if they are able to while implying that these elections will be free of fraud and illegal votes.

Walker has made news recently for his vocal opinions about the election, COVID-19 lockdowns and the military, among other subjects. He also happens to be a friend of President Trump who has endorsed the president’s re-election bid.

Twitter Reacts to the Tweet from Walker

Walker’s Twitter replies were full of fans and fellow Trump supporters.

“They are trying to steal the run off too,” replied Twitter user Lynn. “I’m so disappointed.”

But others weren’t having it. “I just got dumber from watching this,” tweeted Twitter user James.

Some tweeps also got a little rude. “Hey blowhard, once again, you’re on the losing team!” Twitter user Tim Childers replied.

Meanwhile, Twitter user Steve Parker simply tweeted a graphic of the Kubler-Ross stages of grief, implying that Walker was still stuck in denial.

Moreover, in an interview before the election, Walker warned Americans of encroaching Marxism and defended Trump against his critics.

“I’ve known [Trump] for 37 years,” he said. “The truth is he is not a racist. The truth is he loves the United States of America. I’m tired of people listening to his tweets saying tht that’s the type of man he is because he’s not. Look at the action that he does.”

“I’m a guy who believes in the Lord Jesus,” he added. “I believe in my family. And I love America. So I’m going to fight for it. I’m going to do what I can to tell people the truth.”
