Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers appeared alongside recent fiancée Shailene Woodley in a rare photo of the couple together.

Rodgers and Woodley have kept their relationship mostly private, sharing only select moments with fans. The couple enjoyed breakfast in Arkansas at the Historic Best Breakfast Cafe. The staff of the cafe posed with Rodgers and Woodley and thanked them for being customers.

The Green Bay Packers quarterback appears to be enjoying his downtime with his fiancée. With the NFL in its off-season, the athlete has a bit of time on his hands. In the photo, the couple was all smile and also appeared to be happy together.

Aaron Rodgers Gets Engaged

Aaron Rodgers dated NASCAR driver Danica Patrick for two years. But the couple announced last year that they had broken up. No reason was given for the split, but neither Rodgers nor Patrick appear to be on good terms. Afterward, Rodgers started dating actor Shailene Woodley, best known for films like “Fault in Our Stars.”

The two mostly kept their relationship on the down-low. Even NFL insiders like analyst Erin Andrews were surprised by the relationship. She confessed that she never saw it coming.

“[Packers quarterback Rodgers] kept that undercover,” she said. “Wow, he really did. There was kind of rumors I think that they were dating, but yeah I had no idea. And then he unveiled it at his MVP speech.”

But Rodgers let slip last year that the two had gotten engaged. The athlete described his relationship as the best thing that could have happened to him in a year of uncertainty. “I’m recently engaged, so been enjoying that part of my life,” Rodgers said. “Obviously that’s the best thing that’s happened to me in the last year.”

Following the announcement, Woodley confirmed their engagement by appearing on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.” The actor showed off her engagement ring that Rodgers proposed with.

“He’s, first of all, just a wonderful, incredible human being, but I never thought I’d be engaged to someone who throws balls for a living,” she said. “I don’t know him as a football guy, I know him as the nerd who wants to host ‘Jeopardy!,’ you know? That’s the dude I know. He just happens to also be very good at sports.”

Fans of the athlete and actor look forward to their upcoming wedding plans.
