With just days until the Super Bowl, Tom Brady’s wife, Gisele Bundchen, is getting her game face on with a quick break to the outdoors.
The 40-year-old supermodel took to the fresh air to reconnect with nature.
Scenic Mountains or Super Bowl
She poses on top of a mountain, showing off a beautiful sunrise. Although her location is unknown, we can assume these stunning views are not in Tampa Bay with her husband.
The photos also feature numerous tents that Bundchen and a few friends were sleeping in. Again, we don’t foresee the six-time Super Bowl champion sleeping in a tent just two days before he tries to win his seventh title.
Gisele Bundchen shares the physical and mental benefits associated with being outdoors. She calls it her “healing place.”
“Did you know that being in contact with nature can be good for your physical and mental health? I feel so nurtured when I am in nature, it is my healing place. I am so happy that now they have a lot of studies about forest bathing/therapy, proving how being in nature has incredible benefits in our lives, like reduce stress, improve attention, boost immunity, reduce anxiety and mood lifting.”
The mother of two recommends that everyone take a quick getaway from their stressful lives to reconnect with nature. In addition, Gisele Bundchen shared the best part about the outdoors. It’s free!
“If you want to experience these benefits in your life, try and connect with nature as much as you can. Take a moment from your busy day to enjoy the little things nature is offering, go for a walk and enjoy your neighborhood park, the trees on your street, your home garden, the sunset or sunrise, or put your barefoot on the earth for a few minutes to feel her energy. Time in nature can have a significant impact on your health and wellbeing, and guess what… it is for free! Enjoy! 🌳 ☀️💚”
Mother Earth Gisele Bundchen
Bundchen goes on to transcribe the post again in her native language of Portuguese. Don’t be fooled, however, this beauty can speak five languages, including Portuguese, English, French, Italian, and Spanish.
Gisele Bundchen has been known for her outspoken stance on climate change. In addition to modeling, she is a global environmentalist and philanthropist with a passionate drive to promote sustainability and environmental conservation.
“The environment has always been my passion. Mother Earth is our fundamental life-support system, and by becoming aware and responsible now, we can assist in preserving the planet. The damage we are doing to the environment affects us all. It is a global issue that needs to be met with global action,” she said, according to the UN Environmental Program.
We can only assume Gisele Bundchen will be traveling back to Tampa Bay soon to cheer on Tom Brady and the Buccaneer on Sunday at 5:30 for the Bucs’ first Super Bowl game since 2002.
