“Graphic photo below: Prayers for mental and physical healing for this woman right here & for all* officials duly tasked with discerning every detail surrounding this matter. Nary a single eye turn blind towards any form of violence, to anyone, woman or man.”

Former NFL linebacker Emmanuel Acho also posted about the issue on social media. He shared a photo of the woman before and after the claimed altercation.

“Chad Wheeler of the @Seahawks tried to kill his girlfriend because she wouldn’t bow to him. He was even surprised at her survival. If you’re not outraged, you’re part of the problem. @NFL handle this swiftly & decisively.”

One of the photos also reveals a text message allegedly from the woman involved. In the text, the woman claims that Chad Wheeler heartlessly tried to kill her.

In addition, the Seattle Seahawks released a brief statement about Wheeler on Monday night.

“We are aware of the situation and still gathering information.”
