Are you in the market for a California mansion? Jake Paul just might have the place for you.

TMZ is reporting that the YouTube star and boxer has put his Calabasas home on the market with a $7 million price tag.

According to TMZ, Paul’s mansion sits on 3.5 acres. It includes eight bedrooms has 15,045 square feet. There is also a spiral staircase, office, theater, gym, wet bard and a three-story entrance. There is also a pool with two waterfalls. The outdoor space also includes an area for grilling and patios. The home also offers what TMZ describes as “sweeping views of the canyon.”

John Altman and Matt Altman of “Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles” are reportedly handling the sale of the $7 million property. They previously worked with Paul when he bought the mansion in 2017, according to TMZ.

Jake Paul’s time in the home hasn’t always been calm. TMZ previously reported that it was raided by the FBI. Weapons were reportedly seized at the time.

Jake Paul Says He’s Leaving L.A. to Focus on Boxing

Recently, Jake Paul said that he planned to sell his mansion and move out of Los Angeles. This, he said, would allow him to focus on his professional boxing career. With the $7 million home going on the market, it appears Paul is following up on those plans.

“The main reason is that I am stepping into a new chapter of my life where I am a legitimate pro fighter,” Paul told TMZ. “And being in Los Angeles, there’s so many distractions, so much going on and it doesn’t really allow me to focus on training.”

Paul knocked out former NBA player Nate Robinson during the second round of their bout in November. He said he spent four months in Las Vegas while training for that fight. Paul also said he believes other locations will be better for his boxing career.

“As you guys know, from all my training camps, I’ve been to Big Bear, I’ve been to Las Vegas, those environments are better places for me to become the best athlete I can be,” he said.

“In Los Angeles, you guys know, has all the parties, all the madness, and it’s too much to be around because I’m the type of guy whose attracted to that chaos,” Paul said. “And for me, if I want to be one of the top prize fighters in the world which is my goal then being here just isn’t the move.”

Paul Challenges Conor McGregor

Looking to the future, Jake Paul has challenged UFC star Conor McGregor to a fight. Paul has said his team made a $50 million offer to make the fight happen.

“My team sent you a $50 million dollar offer this morning — 50 million dollars cash, proof of funds, the biggest fight offer you’ve ever been offered,” Paul says while sitting in his quarter-of-a-million-dollar Lamborghini.

“But, you’re scared to fight me, Conor!” Paul continues. “You’re ducking me because you don’t wanna lose to a f**king YouTuber. You’re 0-1 as a boxer. I’m 2-0 as a boxer.”

UFC President Dana White has told TMZ that a fight between Paul and McGregor would not happen.

“Conor McGregor is one of the greatest fighters on Earth right now,” White explains in the exclusive interview. “He shouldn’t be fighting kids that have f**king YouTube videos.”
