NASCAR Star Kurt Busch Gives Hilarious Response To ‘Jeopardy’ Answer Fail

The team behind the official Chip Ganassi Racing Twitter account just so happened to be watching “Jeopardy” as a question involving its top driver Kurt Busch appeared during the TV gameshow.

“Hmmm… What is “Busch?” the racing team responded. “Here’s one question we definitely knew on Jeopardy tonight! Although we would’ve went with the 2019 Quaker State 400 at Kentucky… jussss sayin.’”

Kyle Busch narrowly edged out a victory over Kurt at NASCAR’S Food City 500 in 2019. This was the second time Kyle and Kurt finished 1-2 in a Cup race. It last occurred at Sonoma Raceway in 2015.

Chip Ganassi Racing implied the show should’ve instead referenced the 2019 Quaker State 400 where Kurt Busch beat his younger brother.

Busch’s response

Unfortunately, the contestant on the show answered “Coors” instead of “Busch” and lost, but Kurt replied with a hilarious response.

“Coors!!! Haha. I guess that’s better than Kurt and Kyle Leinenkugel.” the race car driver writes.

After sharing the tweet a number of Kurt’s fans and followers replied with their own jokes.

“I was thinking Yuengling!” Damn!” one user writes.

“You’ve officially made it in life when you are in a Jeopardy category or when you win the Daytona 500, whichever comes first!” another user joked.

In 2019 Kurt Busch made the move to Chip Ganassi Racing to become the driver of the No.1 Monster Energy Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 in the NASCAR Cup Series. During his racing career, Busch has more than 700 starts in NASCAR’S top three divisions, NCS, NASCAR Xfinity Series, and the NASCAR RV and Gander Outdoors Truck Series.

Kurt is in his 21st season and is currently competing for the NASCAR Cup Series championship. He has already qualified for the Playoffs round of eight with his latest victory in Las Vegas. Meanwhile, 2019 champ and younger brother Kyle is looking for a win at Charlotte on Sunday to advance.
