The Buccaneers held a 21-6 halftime score over the Chiefs. Quarterback Tom Brady managed to connect with his old teammate and favorite target Rob Gronkowski for 8- and 17-yard touchdown passes. With time running out in the first half, Brady tossed a 1-yard touchdown pass to wide receiver Antonio Brown.

On the final scoring drive, the Chiefs’ Tyrann Matthieu was called for a defensive penalty that put Tampa Bay on the Chiefs’ 1-yard line. That and other calls against Kansas City stirred up the ire of many Chiefs’ fans, including Brittany Matthews.

Kansas City got the ball on the first possession of the second half, yet could only manage a field goal.

Brittany Matthews Shows Off Baby Bump With Mahomes

Meanwhile, Brittany Matthews is preparing for a big day. She’s nearing time to give birth to the first child for Matthews and fiance’ Patrick Mahomes.

Matthews, 25, is a personal trainer who has quite an online presence herself. Being together with Mahomes is not something that’s happened because of his Super Bowl success.

No, Matthews and Mahomes have been together since meeting in high school in Texas.

She went on social media recently to post a picture of her future husband and baby bump. In the photo, the Pro Bowl quarterback cradles his fiance’s bump in a sweet manner. Judging by the big smile on his face, Mahomes is excited to soon be a dad.

Brittany Matthews is watching her fiance’s team battle it out against Tampa Bay in Super Bowl LV. She hopes the referees will behave themselves until the end of the game. Obviously, she’ll be pulling for a Kansas City victory as well.
