Tom Brady and His Family Are Likely Sailing Place to Place on His Massive Yacht Right Now

Recently, Tom Brady showed off how he would be traveling around the oceans in style. He unveiled his new $6 million 77-foot yacht.

In a video, the legendary quarterback announced that he was working closely with a Dutch boat-builder. The company was making an incredibly nice yacht for him. In the announcement, the 7-time Super Bowl champion noted that he will be the first person to own this style of yacht.

He is definitely going to be planning some luxury vacations to utilize the massive ship. He has made it clear that he wants to spend as much time in the sun as he possibly can. So, he spent a while perfecting the perfect vessel to suit his needs.

“I enjoyed the waters of New England, but when we moved to Tampa, with its beautiful bay, I said to myself, ‘I need a boat,’” Tom Brady said. “I love what Dries Wajer is doing. When we first started working together, I was able to try out a Wajer 38, then I got my Wajer 55S, and now I’m looking forward to continuing my ‘captainship’ on a Wajer 77…which Dries tells me I’ll get before the end of the year.”

As he noted, the previous yacht he owned was a $2 million Wajer 55S. He showed this boat off during the Super Bowl championship boat parade in February.

Since then, his sights became set on the 77-foot yacht that Wajer was making. According to Forbes, the company was having no trouble at all selling the newly crafted vessel. But, for Tom Brady, it was a long time in the making.

“We’ve spent years developing the Wajer 77 with leaders like Sinot Yacht Architecture and Van Oossanen Naval Architects,” Brady said. “But we are moving quickly on this project because, frankly, we were able to sell the concept very early on. We’ve already sold more than 15.”
