On Sunday, during the Tennessee Titans’ routing of the Indianapolis Colts, one fan somehow got his hands on a football. Promptly, the fan chucked it back onto the field.

Despite a security member attempting to stop the fan from returning the ball to the field, the guy still sent it back. In a proper display of good sportsmanship and team spirit, this fan decided he didn’t want to keep the ball.

As the fan tries to throw the ball back, he is vigorously egged on by the person filming the scene.

Heads up: there is some profanity in the video below.

Many teams boast about their hardcore fanbases, and the Colts certainly have developed one in Indianapolis. This fan is the epitome of a diehard fan. While the Titans were smoking the Colts, this guy had enough of the game and took matters into his own hands.

That Time Giancarlo Stanton Was Hit By a Fan

It takes a lot of gall to throw back a game-used item. No matter the sport – Baseball, Hockey, Soccer, Football, or Basketball – fans throwback game-used items to prove a point. That point seems to be that the fan throwing the ball back doesn’t care enough about the opposing team to keep the ball.

Two years ago, Giancarlos Stanton hit a home run against the Red Sox in Fenway Park. A Red Sox FanReminiscent of Giancarlos Stanton getting hit by a fan in Fenway chucking a ball back at him after Stanton his a home run.

Stanton even tipped his cap at the fan’s aim.

Derrick Henry Goes Off Against Colts

While Derrick Henry put on a show, the Titans won the game 45-26. With the win, the Titans improve to 8-3 on the season. The Titans won an all-important division game against the Colts. They now hold first place in the AFC South, moving into the final weeks of the season.

Now, the question remains, can the Titans hold onto the division and get into the playoffs?
