FUMMMMBLLLLLE!!! Jerron Cage of Ohio State picked up a fumble against the Penn State Nittany Lions and took it to the house. How many times have you seen a 300-pound man run a 55-yard touchdown?

Big man fumbles are one of the great joys of the sport. When a defensive lineman scoops up a loose ball and starts heading the other way with it, it is almost always a fun play. Cage was on the ball as soon as he could be and from there he took off. In just 7 short seconds, the 300lb defensive tackle was in the endzone and the stadium went nuts.

Watch this wild play below.

The Buckeyes are still fighting their way back up the rankings after an early-season loss to Oregon. Now, as they are just knocking on the door of the top-4, they have to get through Penn State. This play from #86 makes things a lot easier for the team’s hopes of making the playoffs. The Nittany Lions are firmly out of the CFP conversation and are trying to keep the Buckeyes from running things up in Columbus.

In a battle of two ranked teams and possibly the two best teams in the Big 10, this could have a lot of implications. If Ohio State takes a loss tonight, not only will Cage’s awesome score be for nothing, but they will find themselves firmly out of the playoff picture as well. So, every chance they can get, including a big man scoop and score, matters.

Right now, Ohio State has that stadium rocking. However, next summer, there is going to be another kind of party going on.

Luke Combs, Cody Jinks, and More to Play at Ohio State

Ohio Stadium in Columbus is going to be jumping next July when Luke Combs and friends come to play at the Shoe. While it will be hard to beat the screams and cheers of the crowd after that scoop and score, Combs knows how to get folks going.

Along with Combs, there will be a slate of great performers. Cody Jinks, Zach Bryan, Kameron Marlowe, and Morgan Wade will all join the fun. This is going to be a crazy good show with a lot of great young talent in country music playing. Scheduled for July 23rd of next year, tickets go on sale on November 5, so get ready because these could sell out quickly.

As one of the biggest names in country music, Luke Combs is coming to play a massive show at Ohio State. He is known for getting hype, drinking beer, and bringing a lot of energy to his shows. When he takes the stage at the Shoe, he is sure to leave fans with some memories. Of course, he can also slow things down. Tickets go on sale soon.
