An outraged Taco Bell customer was recently filmed threatening the staff of a Missouri location because of the cost of her tacos and burritos. As the woman ranted at the employees, she referred to herself as “Charlie f—in’ Manson’s daughter.”
During her profanity-laced tirade, the woman also called one of the employees the n-word. In addition, she tried to trash the restaurant.
Taco Bell has since commended the staff for de-escalating the “difficult” situation.
The cell phone video of the woman’s outburst was first shared to Reddit on Tuesday. Of course, the footage was titled, “Karen from Missouri Freaks out saying she was shorted tacos. (She wasn’t).”

In the video, the customer is heard telling a worker to “give me my g—d—- food, you little p—-,” before threatening to “follow you home and f— you up.” Afterwards, she calls the employee the n-word and accuses him of not being able to get a “real job.”
The woman continued to argue with the employee who called her actions “very inappropriate.” Then, a female employee enters and gives the woman her receipt to inspect. The employee points out that her order — three Burrito Supremes, two soft tacos — costs 15 dollars.
The angry woman could not believe the cost of her order. Furthermore, the woman adamantly disagreed with the price. So the employees tell her she can leave since she would not calm down, or she can call corporate.
Eventually, the employees tell her she’s no longer welcome in the restaurant. However, the customer demands her “f—ing food” and starts to trash the restaurant. She tears a promotional display from the counter, shoves a bucket of straws at the employees, and attempts to push her way past a Plexiglass barrier.
“Punk! Punk b—-! I’m bringing my husband in here,” the enraged customer is heard screaming.
“Go ahead,” an employee tells her.
“Watch me, you little p—- punk! You’re going down, punk b—-!” she yells as she walks toward the exit. “You f—ed with the wrong mother—-er! I’m Charlie f—in’ Manson’s daughter!”
“That explains a lot,” the employee fires back.
Finally, the woman exits the restaurant, continuing to hurl threats and profanity as she left.
“Taco Bell does not tolerate any kind of harassment or discrimination” a spokesperson for the Taco Bell Corporation wrote in an emailed statement shared with Fox News. “The franchisee who operates this location confirmed that no one was injured, and we are proud of the team members present who handled the difficult situation with such patience.”
