If there is an Ugly Christmas Sweater Party coming up, don’t invite Toby Keith. He has the best sweater contest it in the bag, or, rather, the cup. The country singer recently tweeted a photo of his “ugly” Christmas sweater and fans are in awe.
The sweater in question is covered with Red Solo Cups, a nod to his 2011 hit “Red Solo Cup.”
“Y’all breaking out your ugly Christmas sweaters yet? Tales From The Thriftside,” he captioned the photo.
His fans loved the sweater.
It’s not the first time Keith has reached out to fans about ugly sweaters. In 2016, The Toby Keith Foundation solicited photos on Facebook of people in their ugliest Christmas sweater to help raise money for charity.
“Do you have an ugly Christmas Sweater stashed away? Pull it out from hiding, put it on and share a photo,” he wrote on his foundation’s page. “This week the foundation will receive donations based on how many ugly sweater posts we get … Don’t be shy!”
And they weren’t. Visit the page for some truly awful festive fashions.
