Bette Midler is blasting President Donald Trump on Twitter once again, calling his behavior on the social media site a “complete breakdown”.

If you’ve been on the internet in the past four years, you know that legendary singer and actress Bette Midler is perhaps the most outspoken critic of Donald Trump. In her frequent Twitter rebuttals, Midler holds nothing back as she scathes the current President.

Today is no exception, as Trump announces a “press conference” for this evening amidst what he perceives as “voter fraud”. As the 2020 Presidential Election unfolds, Trump’s tweets have become more frequent and more manic as states count their votes. And while Nevada’s 6 electoral college votes hang in the balance – tipped toward Democratic nominee Joe Biden – Trump is accusing the state, and others, of “voter fraud”.

As a result, Trump is calling his conference. Midler, however, is not here for it. “The reality star is freaking out in real time and it’s thrilling to watch,” she tweets. “After four years of treachery, treason, cruelty, malevolence and lies.” In addition, she hopes “he has a complete breakdown, and we get to watch.”

Harsh words for harsh times.

“It’s reality TV, folks!” she finishes.

Bette Midler Blasts Donald Trump Over News Conference

The conference in question? Trump has announced a “News Conference at 6:30 P.M.”, presumably in Eastern Time. The president gives no detail on his plans.

The tweet does, however, come after Twitter has flagged several of his election tweets as fraudulent or misleading. According to the social media giant, “Some or all of the content shared [by Donald Trump] is disputed and might be misleading about an election or other civic process.”

As a result of total votes taking days to count in several states, America is still waiting for its next President to be declared the winner. While it has only been two days since Election Day – the wait is beyond intense. Especially, it seems, for Donald Trump.

In the meantime, Midler isn’t backing down.
