Bubba Wallace Gifts Gear To Fan Whose Dad Burned ‘Only Thing’ She Had Supporting Him

Bubba Wallace is once again stepping in to help out a fan. The NASCAR star recently tweeted he’d replace a piece of gear that the fan’s dad burned in protest. He did the same thing last month for another fan who had gear destroyed by an angry parent.

“We love when my dad burned the only thing I had to show my support for @BubbaWallace,” a Twitter user by the name Savannah Nicole posted sarcastically.

So Wallace asked Richard Petty Motorsports to help her out.

“We got you sis!!!!! Hey @RPMotorsports let’s take care of her! Send them your address savannah! thank you for the support! Your pops is just late to the party, we will still let him in when he gets there.”

Critics often say Wallace should keep his politics out of NASCAR. Moreover, Wallace is an outspoken advocate for Black Lives Matter, racial justice, and police reforms.

His fans loved the gesture.

Not the first time Bubba Wallace has helped out a fan

Last month, Noah Cornelius tweeted that his dad had ripped a Bubba Wallace sticker off of the bumper of his car. He said his dad called the sticker “tacky” and a “political statement.”

Cornelius’ tweet went viral. Wallace decided to get involved. As did several other Wallace fans.

Cornelius tweeted the support was overwhelming.

“To @BubbaWallace and everyone who sent me things…I don’t even know where to begin…I’m so overwhelmed with so many emotions right now…thank you guys so much #istandwithbubba.”
