Internet sleuths have come out of the woodwork in the Gabby Petito case. Blogger Shaynah Dodge is one of them.

Minnesota blogger Shaynah Dodge has been closely documenting Gabby Petito’s on her blog page with a little over 77,000 followers. Recently, she dissected Brian Laundrie’s Pinterest page and uncovered a few things that she deems as suspicious. However, there’s an account linked to his mother, Roberta Laundrie, and Gabby Petito linked to his.

The Pinterest followers 146 people. This is odd because Dodge claims that the account only followed 145 people a few weeks ago. She says, “Three weeks ago I posted in my stories about Brian’s Pinterest account. In my screengrab from three weeks ago, he followed 145 people. Tonight I was scrolling some of his pins on his account and I noticed this. He now follows 146 people. That’s weird, right? Like of course his follow count went up as people have flocked to his pages but how did who he follows go up within the past three weeks. Can bot pages make you follow them?”

This isn’t the first time that Laundrie’s Pinterest page has been viewed under a microscope.

Laundrie’s Odd Pinterest Posts

On Laundrie’s Pinterest page, there’s a folder entitled “my Heart.” In there is a photo titled “The Opposite of Lost.” The photo is linked to a missing dog flier, first spotted in Portland, Oregon in 2006. Its text says, “Don’t try to find me. I have finally escaped my ‘master’s’ wicked clutches. To the others, I say: JOIN ME. Bite the hand that feeds you. Vive La Beberte – Pierre.”

The photo is particularly odd as Laundrie is currently “lost.” He fled his home in North Port Flordia after his girlfriend was found dead and Wyoming. He is the only person of interest in the case.

A number of other quotes splattered on these photos are, “It’s only after we’ve lost everything that we’re free to do anything.” Another features a Pokemon exclaiming, “It hurt itself in its confusion.

Pieces of expressive art paint Laundrie’s Pinterest page as photos of clowns, skeletons, ghosts, and more appear. The account’s most recent pin is an advertisement for a book titled, “Burnt Out: How to Cope with Autistic Burnout.”

Perhaps the creepiest pin is an animated gravestone with the words “My Baby” etched into it and “She’ll never find a sweet man like me. Let her go, let her go, GOD BLESS HER, wherever she may be” encompassing the grave.

Brian Laundrie’s Odd Behaviors

As the search goes on for the missing fugitive, stories of Laundrie are developing. Ex co-workers remember Laundrie as somebody who always liked to work with his hands and occasionally lost his temper. Michael Livingston worked with Laundrie in 2017 and 2018 and shares his reconnections, “He never came across as the kind of person that would be the killing type. But he did have that tendency to be — I don’t wanna say the wrong thing and make him sound worse than he already is — he was kind of a guy who would get pissed off pretty quick.”
