Claudia Conway, 15, is the daughter of former Trump campaign manager Kellyanne Conway and attorney George Conway. Furthermore, she is taking to TikTok to air her views on the administration’s coronavirus outbreak.
Claudia also posted a TikTok video wearing a mask beneath the words “update my mum has covid,” and with the caption, “I’ll see you all in two weeks.”
She even recorded a duet with an earlier version of herself, captioned, “This did not age well.”
Eventually, Claudia’s social media outpourings prompted Kellyanne to announce her own positive diagnosis on Twitter.
“Tonight I tested positive for COVID-19. My symptoms are mild (light cough) and I’m feeling fine. I have begun a quarantine process in consultation with physicians,” Kellyanne Conway said. “As always, my heart is with everyone affected by this pandemic.”
Kellyanne attended a Rose Garden ceremony on Saturday, September 26. At it, President Trump announced he was nominating Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court. Over 180 people were in attendance, according to USA Today.
At least seven people from the administration who were at the event have since tested positive for COVID-19. Moreover, many people there had gone maskless.
Meanwhile, Claudia’s and Kellyanne’s strained relationship is on full display in her daughter’s TikTok posts. Additionally, Claudia is openly critical of and sometimes insulting toward Kellyanne. However, her mother remains publicly loyal to the president.
“im furious,” Claudia writes in one post. “Wear your masks. dont listen to our idiot fucking president piece of shit. protect yourself and those around you.”
Claudia has also generated buzz due to her Twitter usage. In one string of tweets, she threatens to “revolutionize Twitter” and asks Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) to adopt her.
